Default Replacing bushings

My 97 D1 has 140k on the clock with the oem bushings. It's time to replace them, but I find I have a choice of 'hard' or 'soft' poly bushings, which to go with? Shocks and stabilizer were just replaced.

I do medium level off-roading and also haul an RV on the highway.

Personally I am not a fan of the Poly bushings, but if I were to buy a set they would be the soft ones as it will give you a better ride and not be as stiff. This would also be better off road in my opinion.

When working with GEMS vehicles. Never try to locate a misfire by pulling plug leads off - pull the injector connector instead. Otherwise you can blow up the ECU.

Secondly never swap ECUs between vehicles to test them, because both vehicles and ECUs may stop working, and you'll have to have them all reset by a franchised LR dealer (ouch!).
