Default Distributor wiring

Hello, I´m new at this forum. Been driving RRC for some years in the past and now back in business with a 93 3,9 RRC. I´m planing to change the dissy this weekend with a new electronic D35 from simonbbc (but they are closed today). The cars electric wiring are no longer in original condition so I would appreciate if anyone could tell which pin, two pin contact, horisontal and vertical pin from the ignitionmodul at the dizzy should connect to +/- at the coil.

Yours
Harald (yes I´m a norwegian so I hope I´ll be forgiven for my english)

I would highly recommend downloading the RAVE (land rover repair manual) found in a link in my signature.

Also your English is very good.

When working with GEMS vehicles. Never try to locate a misfire by pulling plug leads off - pull the injector connector instead. Otherwise you can blow up the ECU.

Secondly never swap ECUs between vehicles to test them, because both vehicles and ECUs may stop working, and you'll have to have them all reset by a franchised LR dealer (ouch!).

Tanks for your reply joey.
A lot of good stuff in those pages, even though I already had some of it in paperversion. So far I haven´t been able to locate the wires and contact from the dizzy in the manuals so I´m still wondering. And I assume that pluss and minus connection is essential?

Talked with the dealer yesterday. Connected the wires when I got back from work today. Been driving around listening to a wonderful sound all evening. Works fine and hopefully it stays fine.
