Default Severe Wheel vibration

My Disco I (late 97 model, 140K miles), suddenly developed a severe vibration when driven over a rough section of pavement, i.e. a shallow pothole just large enough to suddenly upset the steering geometry. It continues after the bump, but a quick L/R steering twitch stops the vibration

Shocks were replaced last year with Pro Comp 9000s and stabilizer replaced with an Old Man Emu at the same time. I've put less than 4000 miles on it since then (It's my toy, not my DD). Inspection shows no obvious damage. Could this be a bushing issue?
