Selling my 2012 LR4

I’ll be selling my 2012 LR4 HSE Lux with about 83k miles on it. Can add following extras: Rhino-rack roof rack crossbars with LED light bar, ARB awning, 4 round LED lights for roof rack (removable wiring), front mounted 2 round LED with remote controller, Bluetooth IIDtool, second battery wired with isolator (the battery itself may need to be replaced it’s ~6yo Yellow-top Optima). Main battery ~1yo, 4 Cooper Zeon tires ~1yo. Car has no issues, always serviced at LRJ dealers, all mods are easily removable. Asking $17k for the car or $20k for car and extras listed above.

Forgot to mention - I own the car since 2014 and it was in California from 2014 to 2021 and moved to Michigan last year (Detroit area). Driven mostly on trips around American south-west (very little city driving - mostly highway miles).
