Thanks for the help (Joey) on the other problem. I will check the fuel pressure.
One more problem I'm having with my 99 Disc I is that it seems to be getting vapor lock. Is there anything I can do to fix this. I usually open the hood after I park it and go into a store or something to stop the engine compartment form heating up so much. This usually prevents it. (If it is vapor lock). What happens is if I leave it sitting (after driving) for more than like 5-10 minutes, then I have to wait ~20 minutes before it will start. |
Again... sounds like a fuel pump issue... Rovers don't normally vapor lock, this is a normal issue with carbs and heat.
